epogeo is a social platform where you can share your thoughts, connect with others, and stay up-to-date with the latest news and trends. Whether you're a seasoned social media user or a newcomer, this brief "Getting started guide" will help you get going with epogeo.

Create your account

The first step to using epogeo is to create your account. To do this, visit https://mobile.epogeo.co.uk and click "Sign up". You will be prompted to enter your name, email address. You will automatically be assigned a unique handle, which will be your unique identifier on epogeo. You will receive an email with a unique code to allow you to complete your "Sign up".
Note: If you are reading this "Getting started guide" then it means that you have already gone through the "Sign up" step and have created your account.

Set up your profile

Once you have created your account, it's time to set up your profile. Your profile is the public face of your account and includes information about you, your interests, and your activity on epogeo. To set up your profile, click the "Profile" link on the "Menu" page. From here, you can edit your profile picture, bio, header image, and more.
Note: epogeo is currently in "alpha" release so some features are not currently available but will be released ASAP.

Follow others

epogeo is all about connections, so the next step is to follow others. You can follow friends, family, celebrities, politicians, or anyone else who interests you. To follow someone, simply visit their profile and click the "Follow" button. You can also search for people to follow using epogeo's search function.
Note: the fastest way to follow users is to use their "handle" and add their "handle" using the "Follow" link available from the "Menu" page.

Send messages!

Now that you're set up and following others, it's time to start sending messages! Messages are short text snippets (up to 500 characters) that you share with your followers. You can message about anything you like, from your thoughts and opinions to news and current events. To send a message, simply click the "Post" button on the "Home" page.

Engage with others

epogeo is a social network, so it's important to engage with others. You can do this by liking and re-posting other people's messages, replying to messages, and sending direct messages. Engaging with others is a great way to build relationships and grow your audience on epogeo.
